To reproduce:
1. Open any web on Windows 8.1 with IE 11.
2. Open Developer Tool
3. In console, type "windows.localStorage" enter
4. You will see "Access is denied."

Thanks for this bug report. One of IE updates caused this trouble. We've reverted the update and local storage is now working again.
